RelationAbility – The art of successful relationships at work. Participants learn the four elements of RelationAbility: being aware, being confident, being responsible, and communicating at your best. Offered at the Foundation level, Level Two which improves specific skills, and Level Three for leaders.
Communication Strategies For Women/Women Leaders – Learn some of the science behind the ways in which women and men communicate. We’ll examine verbal and non-verbal communication, and tools that are useful for women who want to enhance the quality of their outcomes at work.

Understand why it’s important to develop rapport and learn how to do it effectively; be able to read your audience and get them to follow you rather than you follow them; plan your meetings and presentation so you achieve your goal.
Facilitation Skills For Board Chairs – Learn how facilitation and chairing techniques, as well as a specific process for gaining buy-in, will help produce elegant and efficient decision-making, where everyone is engaged, where an issue can be debated in ‘gracious space’, and where all angles are considered.
LEADERSHIP
Introduction To Leadership – Prepare yourself or your staff for leadership opportunities with this introductory course. Leadership skills, characteristics and behaviors; communication skills; motivating, inspiring, and empowering staff; managing change and adversity.
Managers as Leaders – This session looks at some typical management challenges, and how communication and leadership skills can be used to lead your team to success. Participants identify leadership characteristics they are already using and those they could further develop, how to help their teams assess and manage priorities; and communicate more effectively in stressful situations.
The Manager as Coach – Coaching is an effective staff development tool; it enables leaders to move from “management by walking about” to “management by talking about”. As well as learning the basic coaching principles, exercises based on real situations will enable participants to experience the potential of coaching for staff development.

Becoming a Learning Organization – Prepare for the future by harnessing existing knowledge and developing an environment that nurtures creative thinking. Learn the steps that can be used to create an environment conducive to individual, team and organizational learning.
How To Run A Successful Brainstorming Session – A tight economy is an ideal time to encourage and implement in-house creative thinking. In this workshop, you will practice tried and tested creative thinking techniques, learn the elements of a successful brainstorming session, and processes for choosing the best solution.
Absolutely Anybody Can be a Creative Thinker – explodes the myth that only “creative” people can be creative. A practical workshop for improving creative thinking and problem-solving in the workplace. Practice some basic creative thinking and short-listing techniques.
Bringing Innovation Into Your Organization – The differences between creativity and innovation, the factors required before innovation appears, balancing risk and innovation, how to encourage creativity and innovative thinking.
Using Creativity to Improve Performance – Participants will learn ways to generate new solutions to old problems, involve others in the creative process, and create an environment more conducive to creativity.
