Ellia has spent her career training and coaching managers and teams in creative problem-solving and creating cultures of innovation, which led to her TEDx talk “The Solution is in the Problem”. She has also held leadership roles at nonprofits in the US and the UK, and has been a consultant to nonprofit organizations. Career “left turns” include being a professional organizer and lead singer/songwriter of a nationally acclaimed blues band in the UK.
