Could You Spot the Signs of a Stroke?

How one moment changed my life, and why I’m on a mission to teach others how to spot the signs.

January 22nd, 2025 started as an ordinary day, but by the evening, my world as I knew it began to unravel.

I’m an alert, perceptive person, yet I totally missed the signs that I was, in fact, having a stroke.

I later learned that I could have easily changed the resulting outcome, if only I had been aware of a few basic facts…

1 in 4 adults over age 25 will have a stroke in their lifetime.

90% of all strokes are linked to 10 modifiable risk factors.

Knowing the risk factors and signs can save lives.

Learning prevention tactics could save a life.
