You have an office. It just so happens that it’s at home. This usually means limited space – and papers, they’re the worst culprit!
I have years of experience managing in businesses – other people’s and my own – and five years’ experience as an executive coach. I have worked with enough organizations to know the key elements of your business. We can look at things like paper and digital organizing, improving productivity, project planning, time management and presentation preparation. As an organizing expert, I suggest we begin with at least 1 onsite session; we can transition to Virtual (or remote) Organizing via video call when you are comfortable enough to go ‘solo’ (you’ll still have lots of support!).
